Designed by sailors for sailors, the 1" Sail Batten allows for a smooth transition from the sail to the leech, resulting in better sail shape and sail longevity.
Features:
- Designed with flat cross section center tapering toward a smooth radius at the edge
- Constructed out of durable, marine grade polyester fiberglass
- Noticeably improves sail performance
- Batten Soft Vinyl End Caps (Sold Separately)
- These caps were designed by for ultimate pocket protection and are recommended for use on any batten
- May be applied permanently with a drop of super glue
- For use on contract sails or other non-critical applications where low cost or long lengths are required
