The Big Boat Captive Bearing Traveler Cars in this group all have a stand-up toggle that holds the mainsheet block upright off the deck. The toggle attaches low inside the car, so mainsheet loads as much as 40° off-angle do not impede the ball bearings from rolling freely. The high-strength Torlon® ball bearings run on machined, Hardkote-anodized, Teflon® impregnated races for smooth trimming and easing. Proper choice of purchase allows easy adjustment of the car using a single line and no winch.

Cars are available with just a toggle, or a toggle with side ears for attaching traveler control blocks. Cars are also available with factory installed purchase configurations of 1:1 thru 4:1 for traveler adjustment. You can increase the purchase on an existing car (up to a max. of 4:1) using the 32 mm Purchase Upgrade Kits (T32K or T32K.HL).
