Lewmar Windlass V700, Sprint 600 12V Motor & Cover Kit

This morning I was at the Bradenton, FL store...8:00 am, looking for the mounting kit for a Lewmar V700...which the store advertises on their website. My son was told yesterday afternoon (in perfect English) that they had it and that he should come to the store...When I arrived, I was unpleasantly surprised: a guy treated me badly, made himself a coffee, didn't even look at me, and when I showed him the picture of the product I was looking for, he very reluctantly told me no, that it had to be ordered and that it cost more than $1200...end of story. That guy is rude, unprofessional, and a real customer-spoiler...I'm never going back to that store...terrible service...I'll post this on Facebook so others don't have the same experience...
